Perfect lighting for a 10 gallon aquarium

Pros: LED is bright (not too bright - perfect) Fish like LED light and are more active Makes water clear and clear Cons: Installation - clip or snap , Light is designed in such a way that there is not enough clearance to attach it to the side of the tank. The edge has a lip and the clip needs to go over the lip, but the design doesn't leave enough room for cleaning. I had to "modify" the edge by cutting the material off the edge. It was easy but I didn't like it with my tank. I'll be getting a…

Great for up to 5 gallon aquariums

Could probably use a few more LEDs but actually the photos I've posted show a 5 gallon aquarium with a clear plexiglass lid that covered with condensation at the bottom. It doesn't prevent TOO much light from being filtered down, but a little, so keep that in mind. I think it's decent lighting (so you don't blind your fish) - definitely better than the LED clip light that originally came with this tank. It is very easy to hang on the tank, the switch is 'blue LEDs / OFF / white-blue LEDs'. I…

At first I wasn't thrilled that the daylight also had a few blue lights that stayed on. after getting used to it, i liked it. It makes my gravel look like it's glowing. I have a few glowing items and the blue lighting makes them look very neat. The light fits well in my aquarium. I had a little problem getting the light on and

Perfect for nano tanks!

Perfect for my needs! I use three of these in three separate 2 gallon nano shrimp tanks. I connected them together using a 3-way splitter, a Nicrew single-channel timer, and then the original power supply. In total, they only use 0.37 amps, so they work perfectly. Now all 3 tanks have sunrise and sunset together. The shrimp are very happy. The plants I grow are hardy: dwarf waterlily, subwatertan, brown and green wendtia, a few frogs, and marimo balls. Everything grows slowly and beautifully…
