Worked well for a 15 amp plug that required the permanent wires to exit the duplex at an odd angle. Very well made. I got this plug for an extension cord that I plugged into a ceiling outlet. I wanted a 90 degree angle so the cord would run across the ceiling like a straight plug without a hanging loop. I received two caps, both sealed in plastic bags with instructions. When I opened the first connector I saw that the bottom was at a 45 degree angle. Corner; not above as shown in the product photo. I thought I had the wrong plugs. I loosened the single screw holding the connector section and removed it.
