I started LilyPadz when my first baby was 4 months old. After my milk production stabilized, I only used these nursing pads. Now that I have my second child, I've been using LilyPadz since birth. I very rarely leak when wearing these pads. Leaking sometimes happens when I haven't breastfed for a long time and start to swell.
