🖨️ Silver Z-Axis Linear Actuator Printer Review

A small C-beam gantry for a CNC machine I'm building. Well-built, fully assembled linear gantry for a z-axis. Similar to the Openbuilds product. It has about 5 inches of travel, so make sure it works for you.

Received on time and the unit looks fantastic (I had a black unit)! The total travel of the device I received is 118mm (4.6") lock to lock. I plan to add limit switches which will reduce the travel but are perfect for my CNC router.

I was very happy when I received this item. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition and on time. It is very strong and dense, but at the same time it moves freely. It will be part of the CNC machine I'm building. I'm not sure I could assemble this myself from components at the same price, so it's good value for money. My only complaint is that the Acme screw clamp allowed for a little play, but it was as simple as loosening the set screw, pushing closer to the bearing, and…
