I find 5 star reviews in bad taste. This mattress topper is indeed 2 inches, but that was the only thing this company didn't lie about. It doesn't cool as advertised, it traps so much heat my husband and I literally sweat in our bed at night (my husband is 6ft 210lbs mostly muscle and I'm 5ft 4in 98lbs). The topper is very plush, which is what we were looking for, but this topper goes completely flat when you lie on it and offers absolutely no support whatsoever.
