Overpriced & Underperforming Security Gear

Based on my experience this surveillance equipment was a total flop. Despite shelling out top dollar for the Lookcctv system, I was disappointed by its poor performance .the image quality was shockingly sub-par and getting the system to work with other devices was a headache. On the bright side, at least the setup process was fairly straightforward. Sadly, that was the only positive aspect of this lackluster product..

The xmeye app is a security risk and the NVR remote viewing is a nuisance.

As a simple dictation machine, I give it a clear assessment. Camera support is very good, but that's about it. The NVR REQUIRES the use of Internet Explorer to view in a web browser that is no longer supported by Microsoft. The xmeye app they recommend for viewing your phone requires you to allow the app to access your contacts, microphone and make calls, which is a major security issue for me. The app will not load at all until you grant it these permissions. I tried to use the DDNS server…
