How about a center differential cover that not only adds two liters more power, but also provides oil cooling, a drain plug to make oil changes easier, and a magnetic dipstick to check the fluid level and to remove dirt from inside swim? This is the one. You get what you pay for so don't let the price put you off. This is a purchase worth every penny.

I like these. I'm not sure they can do more than just look good and make maintenance easier. But that's all I ask, except that there is no leak. Easy to install. Everything you need for installation is included in the kit. If you have a truck with a spare tire under the platform, take it off so you can sit and see everything. If you take a trip like I do, it's still not hard, all you have to do is get around that 44-gallon gas tank. There is still plenty of space and installation is still easy.

I bought this cover, installed it and am very happy with my ignorance. Then I found a YouTube series by Banks Power where they review aftermarket differential covers and the fluid dynamics they contain. Banks reveals that this case is much inferior to the factory case due to the 90 degree angles and flat back. This is a heavy duty cover, very well made and will look great on the back of your truck. It took me about two hours to install this cover. I'm not a mechanic but the installation is very easy. If you're comfortable with basic garage tools, you can do this (check out YouTube or the Motorz podcasts). I think the only problem you might have is if your truck has a rear stabilizer bar. Depending on where the stem crosses the back cover, it may not fit through the longer Mag-Hytec cover. The main…
