In the photo that shows the 19 mm flange from maymom compared to the 24mm flange that comes with the Mandela harmony hand pump. The one with the white rim is the origional 24mm flange. The fit is great. The funnel is a little longer which I assume is great if you have really elastic nipples. I am really happy with the quality and price of these flanges.

This product came in a ziplock Great Value bag, dirty, clearly used and returned. I will be returning it, in the same condition I received it.

Works like any normal flange and fits my Medela pump in style! Definitely feels better now that I have my own size! I recommend.

Medela unfortunately does not have the flange size I need so I got these. They stick out so far compared to Medela flanges which is annoying, and the design makes them more difficult to clean. I can’t even clean these easily at work because of the design which means I have to wash all of them at home constantly.

Have been needing size 19mm flanges for my pump and these are perfect! Long also to help with my elastic nipples! The product may not be very discreet for public use.

I got these to fit with my Medela pump since it came with 22mm flanges. These 19mm flanges are basic and do the job. Only complaint is the size of the plastic surrounding the tube for nipple. they're so small they don't cover my areola and if I move wrong they leak. Might be user error but it always happens on the boob I use these flanges for. My other has a larger flange.

Having the right size makes all the difference. These were compatible with my Medela Freestyle Flex. They worked well, felt like they were good quality and were easy to clean and sanitize.

My nipples are on the small side, measuring about 10-11cm in diameter. My third baby was born a month ago and I've been exclusively pumping for her. My other 2 kids, I only pumped to store some milk in the freezer, and once I went back to work. Came back here simply to order more and to write a review. These flanges fit so well -- I express more milk with these than with the Madela flanges of the same size. I prefer the hard plastic rather than comfort flex ones but I love these flanges! They fit well with my Madela Swing Maxi pump.

Finding the proper size really makes a difference. So glad I found these and they fit in my pump (the rumble tuff easy express 2) and I would reccomend these to everyone

They work like they should. They do get foggy while pumping so it’s a little hard to see how much milk is coming out but I’m sure that’s every flange. I have no legit complaints.

My babe is a month old and I pump three times a day. Normally I get 1 oz from each breast. Then I noticed my flange was to big (24) so I purchased this. It works amazingly and the milk just flows ! It doesn’t hurt my nipple like the bigger size did and I got a full bottle full within ten minutes ! It’s super easy to clean and so comfortable to use.

These work well and fit perfectly with my Medela pump in style. However, they have this weird groove on the inside that makes them a pain to clean and the only thing that fits in the groove is the tiny cleaning too they give you. I wish they were just tapered like the other ones to make them easier to clean.

I received my flanges in a hefty ziploc bag and they had obviously been used before because there were water stains all over the plastic. Pretty grossed out that I paid full price for used items that arrived in non original packaging.

Work just like the name brand flanges that cost more and don’t come in smaller sizes. Absolutely love them! Thanks for attention.

I am so glad that I found these! They fit my Medela Freestyle Flex and finding the right flange size has truly helped me to maintain my supply while pumping at work. Highly recommend!

Perfect for elastic nipples! This flange is so much longer than the medela ones! My nipples no longer touch the end of the valve. No issues with gaps. Now if they could all the silicone at the rim of it that would make it amazing!

They work great with medela PISA but you cannot get a normal size bottle brush through the tunnel easy, so be weary of that. Make sure if you use the dishwasher that they don’t fall from your top rack and melt

Yes these are WAY small compared to typical flange sizes. But if you have been properly sized… GO FOR IT. These are way more comfortable and my output increased!
