The good news is that both lamps continue to work.

I put two lightbulbs in my Dacor flue and in a few hours the glass pane blew out one lightbulb. The good news is that both bulbs still work and provide sufficient light even after a few weeks.

Cheap bulbs: Halogen bulbs

The protective glass at the end of the lamps broke after the lamp had heated up (10 minutes of use). It didn't shatter or anything, but made a loud popping noise as the glass bounced. I'm not sure if it was because of the manufacturer's cheap design or because I was using them in a colder room (65 degrees Fahrenheit).

Dim Bulb Supply

Incredibly Disappointed! One of the bulbs came with no protective glass (how is that possible?) and the other bulb didn't even work! Please note that my socket is fine too, I removed a perfectly working lightbulb just to ensure the constant light in the railcar. I also tried a faulty lightbulb in another outlet - NOTHING!

The delivery was on time.

The light was for our Dacor extractor hood. They fit but are very difficult to screw into the base of the mount with a suction cup which is the only way to get them in. It's like there's something gross about them. I cleaned the base and light and everything was still the same. One burned out after a month. Let's wait and see what happens to the other two. Additional Info: A lightbulb has already burned out in less than 2 weeks. It was Thanksgiving and the lights were on a lot, but not so muchโ€ฆ
