Nothing at this time. I think that everything will work just fine when we implement it with our users from different organizations. Currently, I have not seen anything bad about mediwares softwares, but nothing special either. I also recommend to visit demo version first because you cannot see how something looks like before implementation until it's too late!! It's easy to use, it has all necessary features that we need. There are no any disadvantages I can think about now. We used this product since last 8 years and haven't had time problems with its functioning. If you will not have much experience with such systems, they will be difficult to work with.
