Just what I needed

Required a 3/4 inch low pressure check valve and it fit the bill. Doesn't impede flow much and blocks backflow well. Made of brass, therefore also corrosion-resistant.

As advertised! for water tap valves

Water does not collect - suitable for a non-return valve! The center-feed, spring-loaded lock it replaced was held open by a piece of scales that simply passed through a larger opening in this valve, designed as a 'gate'. Would buy again.

There was a leak in the casting.

It's been like this for about a year now. I use in the hot water system. I thought I had a leak through the nipple where I inserted this thread. This created a hole in the valve body casting for the pin. Now I am faced with buying another one as a replacement.

Caravan in Faucet Valves

Replaced plumbing in caravan and needed a water heater check valve. I installed the PVC, tested it and found the next day (a cold night, but not that cold) that the PVC had exploded (yes, exploded). Plastic is everywhere. Ordered these anyway and with the new freeze proof PEX piping - no more exploding pipes.

Well made from solid brass and suitable for use with water, oil or gas. at 200 PSI

I am very happy with this valve as I am installing it in a home water supply. A brass 3/4" non-return valve is used to correct the flow of water from my artesian well into the house. Revain had to take care of the delivery. Other than that I am very satisfied, I would recommend the Revain service and recommend it to anyone who does want to buy this brass check valve 3/4 inch.

For low flow piston pumps

Started with a stainless steel check valve on my flat water piston pump. Cycle could not be started. Tilt the pump 30 degrees and finally run it once every four or five seconds. 7 liters per hour. Switched to this brass check valve after a month. Was able to keep the pump up and sustaining a cycle per second. Now the feed is 10-11 gallons per hour. It made the difference whether I watered my garden once or twice a week. I don't care if brass wears out faster than stainless steel. Little…
