. My 11 in 1 Screwdriver and they work great for outlets

These types of bits are on my Milwaukee 11 in 1 Screwdriver and they work great for outlets. On the other hand, the bit seems to be slightly larger than the specification and it is very difficult to hit the exit screws. I slipped with them and smacked my hand a few times, so I just went back to Phillips #2 instead.

Stop using regular screwdrivers on circuit breakers

Like most people I have always used a regular screwdriver to tighten nuts on electrical switches but this is the right tool and it helps a lot. Using the right size will give you a nice tight fit in the head of the screw, which will help keep you from slipping out. If you do any electrical work yourself, it's best to get the right tools. You don't want the screw heads slipping around potentially live wires.

Do the job a little better.

I'm always looking for the best tools and this is a good idea. It seems that all duplex switches I buy have these type of screws, at least on the side link screws. They do the job well, but ALMOST the same thing can be done with a straight or cross head for a lower price and you don't have to have as many on hand. I was hoping cats would meow and she. They're designed for torque and traction in situations where sockets and switch screws don't really need that much advantage.

Good idea, bad execution.

I was going to buy a screwdriver set but decided to try bits first. I'm glad I did. They don't go well with screws for sockets etc. They are the correct shape but are too blunt/thick and don't fit well. Looks like they stripped the screws, so I didn't use them after the first few tries. It is better to use a good quality Phillips or flat head screwdriver/bit. I want this concept to be used with sharp, well-defined edges that easily fit into the screw. Something like a Wiha or Wera bit. I was…
