I have a rare disease that causes severe joint damage resulting in many problems with my neck and shoulders. It supports my head in every position I sleep. I also appreciate that it doesn't have that weird chemical smell that foam pillows have to begin with.

I bought this pillow and napped on it. My neck hurt a lot. I went back and looked at how the model positions it and some of the negative reviews show the pillow on the head. That is how I was. I shot it as it was in the model and it worked great! Sometimes it's not the pillow, it's the user.

This pillow isn't just "used". It will take months (or years?) to get everything dirty. It's terrible. Does the company think people won't open the outer case once it's out of the box? Please unzip the cloth sleeve after opening the box. Take a look and make sure you haven't paid full price for a nasty, used item that could contain bed bugs.

I sleep entirely on my side and this pillow is the answer to aching shoulders, stiff neck etc. Pillow firmness is great and height is perfect. The first few nights I slept on this pillow, I woke up with a sore neck. After a few nights, I realized it was because my neck was finally straight when I slept. I sleep longer, stronger and better with this pillow. It is excellent!

Great pillow for people who toss and turn. Excellent support. The unique shape allows me to turn this pillow in different directions depending on how I move. I constantly fidget in my sleep trying to get comfortable and the versatility of this pillow is great. A soft sip, it doesn't press on the ears but it's firm so you can rest half your head on the rim without crushing your face.

This pillow actually supports the neck. When I opened the box and saw how weird it looked, I didn't have much confidence. I purchased this large (24.5 x 12 x 5 inch) white memory foam pillow and can definitely vouch for its comfort and support. With a regular pillow (filled with crushed latex foam) I struggle to stay comfortable all night. I have broad shoulders and sleep on my side. I usually bend my arm and put it under the pillow to keep my head at the right angle. However, this is not a pose I can hold for more than a few hours. So I can turn on my back at some point.
