I'm a small engine tech and use this tester with 5-20 pressure and vacuum tests on it every day Stihl chainsaws. The sensor rotates and sits at an angle. I'm not a fan of either. So I looked for a hand vacuum pump and decided on this one. It's awesome. BUT! Like other people, the pen can and will pop out of its place. The reason for this, I think, is twofold. Pump more slowly to allow the plunger inside the device to pull the handle back. This is a manual pump. This report shows how I have used MityVac in combination with Motive Power Bleeder to get the job done with brake fluid and be able to cover emergencies handle that require vacuum pressure. It works out. Bleeding the brakes and changing brake fluid just got easier for one person. I have not used the Motive Power Bleeder reservoir to store brake fluid.
