Excellent purchase! good for air filters and accessories

JiffyLube wanted to charge me $60 to replace my filter. I'm not mechanical at all and was able to change this filter in less than 5 minutes. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Negativity present

Good goods!

Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended for anyone with a 2013 Edge, easy to install, saved the most money on dealer service which cost me $89.00 last time.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Only available in white

Save $$$ and DIY

Worked great in my 2013 Ford Edge. Watch a YouTube video on embedding. This can be a little tricky. Broke a nail but got over it. The filters themselves (original included) are thin and flimsy. So I would be really pissed if I paid the auto parts store the $30 they wanted.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Very expensive

Huge difference (if the previous owner never changed it)

The previous owner never changed the cabin filter in this 2013 Ford Edge Limited so the new filter made a huge difference as the air conditioning struggled to keep up. but after that it got better. A bit tricky to install (work around) but overall an easy 10 minute job.

Pros
  • Still happy
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Exact replacement for the original filter

The filter is the same as the original filter that came with the 2012 Ford Edge. YouTube videos helped to understand how to access the filter compartment. I plan to change the filter at 15,000 miles instead of the 35,000 miles the car was running when I made the change.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast

Easy to swap out and fits my 2013 Ford Edge perfectly.

I have decided to replace the cabin air filter on our 2013 Ford Edge. I just bought it on a whim along with a new engine air filter. Changing the filter was easy. All I had to do was open the glove box and squeeze both sides together and the door fell out from under my feet. The replacement guide also requires removing two pins to completely remove the door, but I didn't find it necessary and was able to easily change the filter without removing the door. I thought it would be a huge waste of…

Half price OE quality equipment from stockists

As previously noted, the FP-65 is not as shown, but is a square frameless filter. It fits perfectly and is not difficult to install. Just a word of caution here; My MKX has a small rope on the side of the glove box that you need to disconnect before lowering the glove box on the bumpers. To do this, slide the plastic button up and out of its socket, then insert it through the hole in the glove box. Otherwise, the rope that gently lowers the glove box door will break. If the rope breaks, the…

Replacing the cabin air filter on a 2009 Lincoln MKX or Ford Edge.

This was the first time I decided to replace my own filter on my Lincoln so I went with what I knew was 100% reliable and a perfect fit. And I was not disappointed. (However, next time I replace this filter I will use a cheaper aftermarket product as I think they are probably just as good and the replacement is quick and easy). Procedure: In the first step, the glove compartment is removed. Open the glove box fully. Remove the tether from the side (it will slip out of the larger opening into…

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
