Better than I had hoped! Well done!

Afraid to install at 12ft ceilings, had to try something! This works really well if you take the time to use the brush and paint on the pads and be careful not to overload or hit the rollers. It's also great for corners, as you can flip the pad and hit the corner from either side. It takes a little while, but it's worth the effort. I was very positively surprised!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • weak

Great and easy to use HOWEVER

Allows easy cutting on high ceilings with a good clean edge BUT NOT: Use this on popcorn/textured surfaces. Tears to pieces no matter how much pressure you put on the pad. DO NOT: Lower the pillow. Paint the pad and keep the wheels clean. DO NOT: leave the pad in the plastic bag to continue painting as you would with brushes/rollers/pans. The pad falls apart, so it needs to be washed and dried EVERY TIME.

Cons
  • Not all will fit

Near perfect coloring

This is only needed for a small portion of my work. I had a high ladder that I couldn't reach. This device really helped. I just "painted" on the pad to load it up and avoid getting paint on the rollers. This cool device allowed me to reach over 15 feet to a wall cutout in the ceiling. The only downside is that the pillow fell apart while cleaning. So if you use it for painting for more than one day, be sure to buy extra pads in case you have the same tooth decay problem during cleaning.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Extremely hard to find Edger

I wouldn't say you can use it without a ladder when it's over six feet long. I have a two-story entrance with a curd ceiling. I made the sides. Make sure the roller guides are on top. Fill in the paint and work a little back and forth in the paint tray to apply the paint. I then tap the wall in 3-4 spots to evenly distribute the paint, then pull down the side from left to right about 12 inches at a time with the finishing touch to blend the paint so there are no ridges of paint when rolling out

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Hard-to-reach space saver

I bought this because I have a large room and needed to cut the ceiling in places I couldn't reach with my last 12-foot A-frame (like our fireplace). The key to using this and not getting paint on the ceiling is to make sure you only touch the pad with the layer of paint, so the paint only stays on the surface of the pad. I actually wiped the paint off the edges to make sure it didn't get on the rollers or the blanket. Just take your time and you will be amazed at how close it is. I have bought

Good in a pinch

Bought for a very high, very narrow stairwell. The product is well constructed. The key to success is to paint the pillow VERY ECONOMICALLY. Too much and it will be crushed if you press it against the wall. Learned from my own bitter experience. I wouldn't recommend it for harvesting work overall, but if you're in a bind this will get the job done. I painted a 100 year old house where the walls, the ceiling, everything is imperfect, so I'm happy with the patches of paint I have on the ceiling…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • boring packaging

The sponge started falling off the first time I used it.

I received this item two days ago and used it to paint my room on the first day. I had to cover the corners and all the edges. When I first used the edger it took me a second to get used to it and once I did it was easy to use. However, once I started using it, it eventually became more difficult to maneuver. That's when I noticed that the sponge was starting to separate from the brush. I couldn't even use it anymore, the sponge is half peeled off, the glue is terrible. It shouldn't have been…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Clarity

There is nothing else like it on the market. This is a much-needed edging tool where high walls meet the ceiling. It's incredibly effective, outperforming three other products we've tried by several years. However, it is one and is made by a gadget. Make sure you do all of the edges at once and make sure they are all the same color as replacement pads are almost impossible to find. The irony is that they exist. However, they are constantly sold out on Amazon and cannot even long arms at Mr. I…

Success Tips Good for art supplies and tools

I was skeptical but it really was the only way to cut a ceiling line on the high wall of my stairs unless I rented a board or hired someone. This is a homemade tool and should only be used to access places you can't access using the stairs. If a pro showed up with it, I would have fired him immediately. The results will be pretty good, but not perfect. Here are some tips on using this product to get the best results. Before you do anything, attach it to a pole and practice walking in the right…
