Great quality beautiful look!

Took a leap in ordering these online sight unseen other than pictures. Could not be happier these are beautiful sturdy and easy to install. I have some left and am debating on returning them or finding another project for them since they are so great. I will recommend them to anyone looking for this style. We rebuilt our back deck used them as the deck balusters instead of the old style wood ones. So happy with the finished product.

Easy, easy, easy! good for me

These are so pretty! Much more affordable than a big box store! They’re super easy to put up and my husband and I did it without any problems. We cut a small piece of wood slightly smaller than our local code for spacing to have our spacing exact. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of carpentry or home improvement skills as this is as easy as drilling a screw through the hole and they look gorgeous!

Beautiful but screws missing

We absolutely love these Ballasters. We ordered 7 packs of 25 for our new deck and each box was supposed to come with 50 screws. However all 7 boxes were missing screws including one box that only had 34. Not a big issue, more annoying and time consuming than anything, so we took one star away. They look amazing, are sturdy and couldn't be easier to install. We would definitely buy again if needed even with missing screws.

Great Looking Balusters

Great looking balusters. Easy to install. Time will tell how well they last(corrosion?) some minor issues. They only provide the same amount of screws as there are holes. No margin for error or loss. Metal bends easily if not careful drilling screws in with drill. Very pleased with purchase

One year later all rusted

Very disappointed. One year later and the paint is peeling and screws are all rusted. False advertising that it’s powder coated. Please refund me for this poor quality product.

Does not contain all parts!

Product does not come with enough screws. Ordered 3 boxes and we are missing half the screws. We have ordered 2 boxes before and the same thing happened! If you want everything to match and look finished, the screws hard to find.

  • Screws supplied, replacing some rotted out replacing with these not done yet..
Cons
  • Comes in a pack of 25, which might be too many if you only need a few
