I need to contact Nalgene to replace the OTF cap. The small soft stopper in the leak protection lid has developed mold stains despite regular hand washing and rinsing in the dishwasher with two separate lid parts. In addition to regular washing, I tried removing mold by boiling the soft stopper in water, soaking in vinegar, brushing with a toothbrush and couldn't get the mold stains out/clean the cap stopper - so it ended up just being thrown away.
