Netreputation is a company that specializes in providing background checks on individuals.

We decided to use them for three reasons. 1) The website is designed beautifully 2) The price was fair 3) They provided a comprehensive list of services and charges 3 months before we used them. After consulting with them we found that the services we needed would cost too much if we tried to get the job done ourselves. They did a great job at clearing up a lot of old information that was floating around. I had been hearing about netreputation for awhile so I was expecting a little less…

Pros
  • The report came out fast and easy.
  • The reports are detailed and give you lots of info.
Cons
  • For example, some sites that have no good information are still listed.
  • People tend to put a little more weight on negative comments than positive ones.

Easy way and helpful staff members make removing negative items quick & simple

I like that it is easy for me to use as well as my clients are able to understand what they need to do in order to get their information removed from various sites. The only thing about this program is that there isn't much room to write down all of your info so you can easily keep track of everything you want deleted. No confusion after first viewing :) Love seeing results before long..like within hours when doing background check requests!! My client love's our service since no waiting weeks!!! That alone makes up why Im here today:)

Very helpful tool to get your customers coming back

I am able do manage my information across multiple platforms including Facebook & Twitter with this software (which is great). The customer service team has been very good at responding quickly when problems arise or questions are asked about how something can work better for me - they always respond in 24 hours which means it's not too late if you need help during business hrs!! There really isn't much that i don' like so far but nothing specific either just everything happens automatically…

Very good and easy program, great Customer Service

The customer service is amazing in this software system. They are always willing to help you out with any question that comes up during setup or use of their product. I have not had much luck getting my questions answered when using other products but they seem very helpful through email as well if needed for support purposes. We were able solve our problem quickly after being helped by one of there techs who was extremely knowledgeable about how we could get rid of some really old information…

  • No issues yet! :) It works great too which makes me happy !!!:) Also loved seeing what info others can see before them like your social media accounts etc.
