    Revain sent me a 9.5 medium width box. The shoes in the box were 9.5 x wide. This was the last 9.5mm pair in stock. Refunds and credits were flawless. Bought these shoes direct from New Balance at full price. You also have a deficit. The shoes are as advertised. Lightweight, very comfortable, with an aggressive tread pattern that allows confident movement on smooth asphalt surfaces. Previous reviews have shown that they run small.     Great, comfortable shoes

    I'm on my feet all day and wear these shoes to work every day and my feet stay dry, warm and comfortable. This is my second pair and I will be buying a third soon to switch back and forth.

    heavy with different structure

    I have another model of New Balance sneakers in this size. These shoes are narrower and don't fit well, resulting in knee pain due to incorrect foot position. These shoes are also much heavier. I grabbed a stretcher for shoes, but I still couldn't walk in those shoes. I'll probably keep looking for another pair of hiking shoes.

    New Balance changed the latitude scale?

    The shoes appear to be great walking shoes but the 4e width is too narrow. Has New Balance changed the shoe size scale? The last time I bought sneakers from New Balance was 2 years ago and the 4e fit well, I can no longer wear them today.

    These are comfortable shoes.

    I run three miles a day for exercise and needed a replacement shoe from a different brand. This one seemed just right. I ordered a pair and used them for two weeks and they were so good I ordered another pair. Couldn't be happier.

    Very comfortable, light shoe with good cushioning without sacrificing stability. My only criticism is that the fabric inside the upper heel is wearing down, but I don't notice any wear while wearing the shoe. I have 3 pairs of these shoes.

    I have owned many previous New Balance hiking shoes. This is the first that fits and supports my feet and ankles very well. It's worth the extra cost.

    It's a solid shoe, but stiffer and heavier than I expected. Also, I ordered them wide, but the tip is tapered to partially negate the desired width.

    The sizing of these shoes is different from the sizing of the New Balance shoes made in the USA.

    When I ordered these shoes (for the first time) I took the size of my New Balance shoes, made in the USA. It didn't happen, they were TOO NARROW. Went to extra wide. It is in order. So pay attention to the wide size if you want a wide one. And one more thing, although my first pair was sold and shipped by AMAZON. They charged me $6 to pick them up. Charge me $6 for $130 shoes but they come here to pick up a $15 Blu-Ray they sold for next to nothing. This is BS.

    Great lightweight shoe with support

    My husband has back and hip problems so I was looking for a lightweight, supportive shoe that he could wear all day. That's great. He was very impressed with the style combined with the fact that they are not heavy and supportive and that he can still wear "real" shoes without having to resort to orthotics for his needs.

    Not cheap but great product

    These are very comfortable shoes that anyone who is on their feet all day can easily wear. My only suggestion is to order half a size larger than usual. I made it and it fits perfectly. New Balance makes a great product and this is a good example.

    Whenever my husband puts on new shoes, he always complains about aching feet. I ordered this pair of New Balance shoes and he wears them everywhere, said his feet don't hurt. Fits great. True to size.

    Not what New Balance used to be

    Those are horrible shoes. High collars cause discomfort around the ankle. Also, the wide width in the toe area is not wide enough. Bad design in the sense that the shoe is meant to be a mirror image (left and right), which it isn't. If this is New Balance's new quality setting, then this brand is finished. And that after 30 years of almost exclusively using New Balance.

    The best sneakers I've ever had

    I often take my dog to the yard so she can do her own business and we also go to the dog park and hiking trails. NB 1350 support is the best. I have a sore left ankle due to an injury. The grip is great and they are waterproof for rainy days. They appear to be very well constructed and have held up well in the short time I've been wearing them.     I've had them for a little over 1 month and wear them for 2-4 mile morning walks. Have worn them on several hikes of less than 5 miles each. I struggled to find the right level of comfort for them as they always move around a bit while healing. Wore them on a hike today and they gave me huge blisters.     Uncomfortable sole suits me

    I like the style of the shoes. I buy a size up as I do with all my new balance shoes and that was fine, but when you look at the cleats on the sole of the shoe, the soles of the feet feel like you're walking on ledges . It would be nice if they used the same soles as 1300's shoes. Not sure I want to take the risk of keeping them.

    Good shoes for trail running: my rating

    So far so good on these. I am running the Fool Run (a mud race for pets and their owners) in August and bought them. They fit as expected and are waterproof enough to keep my feet dry when walking on grass. I have fairly wide feet (3E in regular shoe size, XW or XXW in most athletic shoes). These shoes are narrower than other NB shoes I have. So if you have a very wide foot you might be disappointed.
