Best in hiking and trekking

These brand new boots have been in my closet for two years now. They are too short even with thin socks. They are 9.5 or 10 wide but cannot be worn and I have never sent them back. If you wear a size 8.5 they might fit. I would take a lot less than the new cost to get rid of. The fit is too small!

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Too narrow for "wide " shoes

I love New Balance and usually wear a size 8.5W, but they are sooo narrow that you can't call them "wide". I'm so disappointed because they were exactly what I was looking for and apart from being very tight they were good quality and looked really good. I sent them back and ordered a different color pair from a different seller and the same thing happened. Too tight. Why can't the size be universal? booooo.

  • Fingers crossed

There was little I could do while my ankle healed. Climbing 3.4 miles and 3600 feet was amazing because these hiking shoes were so comfortable. I had no blisters, my ankle was very well supported. It was a very rocky trail that involved bouldering. and I felt safe with them during the climb. I've had other boots that…
