📷 Nikon D850 - Renewed FX-Format Digital SLR Camera Body Review

This is by far the best Nikon body I've ever had/have. I have the 810, D4 and 800. The 850 far outperforms all of them except the D4 FPS but with the grip and the EN-EL 18 battery you can get 9 FPS which is quite enough. It's a killer body for landscapes etc. I make 24x36 posters for sports and images come out clean at this size. Can't wait to do more landscapes this summer and fall. Highly recommended

I was hesitant to buy a new camera but if I hadn't bought this product myself it would never have been used. Supplied in manufacturers packaging with instruction manual, battery, charger, camera strap and all the usual bells and whistles you would expect when upgrading your camera. There was even a small plastic cover over the screen, like a new product. While it works great. Haven't encountered any problems yet. I started photography in 1976 with a Nikon F2 with a 50mm lens for $450 plus tax. Then life had other plans. I'm recovering too, but today's camera prices are outrageous. This is a full-size 45MB SLR monster. If you don't know what it all means, this isn't your camera. FOR: It's all about the sensor. Nikon has applied some serious engineering magic while also getting a new ultra-sensitive, very high-resolution sensor. The GUI is familiar to my Nikon colleagues.
