The best blade in terms of value for money. best blade ever!

great blade! I will definitely buy again! Cut a ton of pre-painted Hardy with my 20 volt cordless saw and it works surprisingly well! like a hot knife through butter! Also, the blade seems to be a bit thicker than most, so the blade doesn't budge during long cuts or whatever. An experienced contractor will understand the link.

Pros
  • Extra large cavity improves material removal and minimizes dust
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

He has to tear. Breaks material apart.

It's safe to say this isn't Diablo. I have a 12" and 7 1/4" diablo disc to work with fiber cement siding. I thought it would be great to use my 6.5 inch cordless saw but was dismayed to see that the Diablo didn't have a saw of this size. I tried this blade and it definitely fired. Sure, it cuts with the precision of a chainsaw. It tears and tears, leaving a pretty rough edge. I highly recommend checking out Diablos.

Pros
  • Polycrystalline Diamond
Cons
  • Not sure

Works wonders! Go to Saw Blades, Parts & Accessories

I was a little concerned that the 12" blade only has 8 teeth but I was wrong! This painting was a real find. worked flawlessly throughout my part-time job. I tried making a few cuts on some pieces with a regular blade about a year ago and of the 5 cuts I made the regular blade was TOAST. This blade performed like new on this complete siding from the first cut to the last. The 8 teeth I was concerned about cut fiber cement paneling smooth as silk. Would I buy this blade again? Definitely if I…

Pros
  • 6-1/2" x 4 tooth PCD
Cons
  • Nothing here

Excellent for cutting hard cement board

I saw a number of negative reviews on this blade that almost put me off buying it. I'm glad they didn't. I bought this to cut a .42" hardie board which is extremely difficult to cut cleanly with a kerf. I installed the blade in my table saw and hooked up my shop vacuum for dust collection and I have to say this blade did the job perfectly. Very clean cuts. It actually goes through a hard board like a hot knife through butter, but never really got hot. Perhaps the other negative reviews relate…

Pros
  • Includes abrasion resistant PCD for faster cutting and longer life
Cons
  • Interval

Blunt and tough, rough cut

Despaired after struggling with burrs and cracks during my renovations .42 3 X5 Hardee Backer Cement Backerboard . Then, just to be safe, I tried a cheap skeleton saw blade in my Dewalt 6 1/2" cordless circular saw, which worked pretty well. But I figured if I'm going to cut like this in the future, I need the right blade. Have one Bought Norske Diamond Fiber Cement blade. Fast delivery! Unfortunately very disappointed. It was difficult to cut and the few centimeters I made left the lower part…
