Nice microwave. We were surprised to find such a stylish color to match our kitchen. However, it didn't work. General. Tried heating a few things including a cup of water. zilch. Tried different settings and times but to no avail. We talked about getting another one that might work perfectly. But we didn't want to risk it; It was a hassle to repackage and take to the UPS store. Let the buyer be alert.

I have replaced a higher wattage (1100W) microwave with this smaller unit. The first thing I noticed was that the microwave door felt cheap. I rushed to unpack. When I plugged it in, I set the time and then tried to quickly test it by warming up a cup of coffee. As soon as I pressed "Start" the switch went off.
