I hope you guys change that instead of paying another $50 for something that should float. The fast connection obviously failed.

Great paddle that drips a little as you move from side to side. But again, your right in the water! It seems to be made as durable as the paddle that you get with the SUP. Ideal for paddling in a seated position and in rougher waters.

Awesome! Best deal I could find on a paddle like this and I'm not sure why more SUPers don't prefer it as much as kayakers do. My original order was shipped by Revain but did not include all of the parts. I contacted Oceanbroad directly and they immediately sent a full paddle and asked for nothing in return. Customer service couldn't be better.

Will Not Stay in Paddleboard Locked Position; continue to roll down to the minimum setting. Also, the blade shape is cumbersome to use as it is flat rather than angled. I have a kayak that I can also use as a SUP so I was happy to get a combo paddle but this let me down. I went back and got a regular low angle kayak paddle instead.

I loved the paddle and seemed to be more durable than the ones I borrowed. But even though I had tightened the bolts before leaving, when I got to the lake and switched parts to use standing, the shaft kept slipping down and not engaging. I didn't take a screwdriver with me on the water so was only able to use the paddle when I was on board and using it as a kayak. It was a long day of sitting, but I didn't want to spoil the fun for the others.

It must come with handles! It's a whole new world with kayak paddle / soup paddle. You have more control, kids learn easily. CLOSE a large area. and it's a great job! LOVE THE BRIGHT COLOR! I bought 2 sets. Opened at the lake and my daughters got hurt along the way. SO I HAD TO WORK ON THE LAKE. Upset about that. but we love them! Cool cooler bags with straps would be great to bring back. seems to be sold out fast!

I took this paddle to test on the Colorado River in Arizona and the only complaint I have is that you may need to bring a Phillips head screwdriver to open one of the sides of the blades do not hold loose where they are pinched. Otherwise, the thing is pretty decent. If you walk along the river often, this is a great purchase. You can't even lie on your back and row. It is highly recommended to use a double bladed paddle with your SUP in windy conditions as one blade will not work. It's a regular paddle, I gave fewer stars because the mechanism to switch from single blade to double blade, which is a nice feature, requires a screwdriver and not a locking mechanism, which is silly. So instead I take two paddles, one blade and one set up as a double paddle, which is difficult to use but ultimately necessary for safety and comfort. Also, I have to use it while…
