3 stars because 100 pieces for $10! That means they are CHEAP! But they do NOT claim to be expensive or high quality hence 3 stars, average product. The pins are cheap and VERY brittle and the plastic is cheap and soft. They soldered well and did the job, but if you want quality look elsewhere. If you want "good enough" look no further.
