Works fine for my purpose.

I used this set in a washing machine so I didn't have to empty the basket all over the bottom. Plugged in first time, no leaks, works great.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Older model

Used on the brake line.

Used on the brake line as a replacement for the caliper, slows fluid flow so it doesn't take long to bleed the brakes. Didn't damage the brake hose, nice and light weight so it practically doesn't hang from the hose.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Nothing

Lifesaver in Power Tool Spare Parts

Use them all the time at work. They are great for shifting gears with smooth lines. However, its best use is to help with vacuum leaks. More might be required for older cars with vacuum lines scattered throughout.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Negative Impression

Details matter. - Hand and power tools

Worked to clamp the hoses I needed. If you look closely at these and a few others, you'll see that the open and close angle is in the correct position to maintain even pressure and not loosen on the other side after the clamp. Would buy again.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons

Ideal for pinching fuel hoses.

Used 2 of these to pinch the fuel lines to replace the pump tonight and they worked great no leaks or drips. Point the handles down when tightening and the locking piece slides down to lock them in place until you're ready to take them off. This is much better than using pliers which will damage the tubing.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Too thin. Take the metal one.

Largest clamp straight out of the box, overlap/shift jaws. When I tried to pinch the radiator hose, the jaws opened even wider. I reattached the hose and forced the sponges to stay in line. In this case, they do not close completely to pinch the hose. There was still at least 1/2 inch of play and I lost more coolant than I should have. The hose was 2.25 inches long, which is what it was designed for. I will return them.

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • No
