First of all, regarding the packaging of the chair in the box, it looks like it was made by capuchins with a bad attitude. Parts are somewhat wrapped, thrown into a box that is MUCH too weak for its contents, and partially taped shut. When the UPS driver put it on the step and my wife picked it up, the bottom fell out of the box and parts flew everywhere. I wasn't sure if everything went through shipping, but oddly it did.
