Broke after 1 month

Update: The seller contacted us and received a full refund for the product. I've adjusted my review here because I think good customer service is important, especially when they have a product that isn't working properly. After reading other reviews the problem seems to be that some sharpeners don't work consistently. It might be worth looking at their design as a whole to troubleshoot the issue. It finally works

I am reviewing this product. I thought this item was broken. Tried new batteries and such. Nothing worked. I wanted to return this item. He lay on my desk and did nothing. Well I ordered this item from another seller not knowing it was the exact same product. It worked. And it got my pencils really sharp. Including my Prismacolors. Today it stopped working. I won't lose sight of this sharpener!

. My current hobby is adult painting and I want my work to be perfect no matter what I do with it. For this reason I have both soft pencils and polychrome pencils that I use in a lot of my work. I like to get a really sharp point and I work a lot on the details as well. I have yet to find a sharpener that can sharpen my soft tip pencils and not break them so I use a whetstone to get a good point which is difficult and I have cut myself before using this method. This is a battery powered pencil.
