The stroke is very small and very short. I know it has to be compression but the material doesn't give much and I could barely move without it lifting on my stomach. I'm a pretty straight forward medium and ordered a large one! Unfortunately I'll report back tomorrow.

This top is perfect for the pool when it's a bit cooler outside. I'm 5 inches, 140 pounds, slim build. I ordered a large one. It fits snugly like it should be. Fits perfectly. I also wore it under a neoprene jacket. stayed warm. Highly recommended and all my friends ordered too.

No wetsuit fabric required but something flexible to wear over a swimsuit in cold pools. The quality looks great and does what it should. At 5ft 7in and 122lbs I usually wear small in clothes but medium fits perfectly here. It loosens up a bit when wet, so don't worry if it's tight at first.

This should not be labeled as a thermal jacket. It has no insulation and is large. I teach swimming lessons and find it useless. Water seeped into my shirt, making me colder than usual. It was warmer for me to take my shirt off and swim without it than wearing it in the water. I do not recommend.

I wear this to swim in my pool which is open all year round. On windy days or when the pool doesn't get very hot, getting into the pool really helps me. This is the second as they stretch after a season or so depending on how often I wear them. I've had other thermal tops that didn't fit either, but this fits perfectly (I'm 5ft 4in, 114lbs) in the small size.

I needed something that would keep me warm while swimming in the pool in cold weather without restricting my mobility. I used the usual thinner rashguards but they were too much. The wetsuits were too thick and hard. It was the perfect choice, I can do a lot of laps and I don't feel cold or stiff. As for the sizing, I sometimes lack the fit as things are too tight in the chest and loose in other places. I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds and the medium size is just right.

I get colds easily and bought this to free dive and wear under a wetsuit on days when my wetsuit isn't warm enough. That works great. After surfacing from a dive and being downwind on a moving boat, it still kept me warm as it didn't hold water very long and the fleece seemed to provide cozy warmth. I just wish it was a little tighter on me as it loosens up when wet and the sleeves could be a bit longer but that's fine for my body type and dress shopping. Love it and glad I bought this instead…

I'm very cold. I swim in an indoor pool, which is cool for me (78F) and although I swim vigorously, I literally shake in the middle of my workout. Swimming, which I love, was like torture. I wish I had known about this top a few years ago! I was skeptical but it works. I've used it twice so far. I hadn't washed it the first time, so maybe it was a bit looser, so water seeped in and out during my workout, which meant that while it helped, I still felt a little cold (just less cold than usually).
