Replacement Circular Needle Cord

These match the needles I ordered from Knit Picks and are the perfect size! I'm learning to knit my own hood for Christmas. Now I can start! Fast shipping and excellent packaging. You couldn't ask for better service!

Rigid cable and length

Very rigid cable. Not a fan of the new greens at all - the original purples had virtually no memory. My 16" cable was 0.25" longer than it should have been. I wouldn't normally worry that much, but QC has really gone downhill in the past few years.

In my opinion the best demountables on the market.

Ideal for knitting with magic loops. The cable is flexible. The "neighborhood” to the needles is perfectly smooth. Revain's price is twice that of Knit Picks, however Revain's shipping is free (premium) and Revain is the best deal as Knit Picks ONLY offers free shipping on orders over $$$. I would have spent more money ordering from Knit Picks because of the shipping costs.

Excellent quality replacement cables

These cables are very flexible and the threaded connectors are of good quality. I particularly like the end caps - they have a metal insert so they screw onto the cable very securely. My plastic came loose and fell off. The braids fit all of my Knitter's Pride replacement needles, but I like them much better. Color coding by size would be a nice feature as all the ones I've bought so far in different sizes are all the same green. Overall very good value for money.

You are better off using a magic loop than buying a 16 inch cable.

Although many reviews complain that it's not 16", 16" circular needles don't work that way. Basically it's 9 inches plus the length of your spokes. that makes it 16 - if you measure another 16 inch circle it will be the same. It's good. I believe. To be honest, if you want to knit a hat or something smaller, just get cords over 16 inches so you can either make a magic bow or just stretch the hat a bit.
