Good circular saw blade

Overall it's a very good blade and I'm very happy with it. I'm not a builder and do most home repairs myself. It's in good condition and does exactly what I need it to. I haven't knocked out the live daylights yet, but it's been used on a few projects already and it does the job well.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Mostly clean cuts: Circular Saw Blades

Used on Ryobi One+ Circular Saw. It cuts well compared to my previous 24 tooth saw. Less tearing and less wood burning since I changed blades. A little more tearing in the cross sections, but that's not always a problem. Mainly use it with walnut, red heart, maple. They also did a good job with plywood panels.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Old

I have a 5 1/2 inch Craftsman saw that I bought 20 years ago that I hated. DeWalt 8" These Oshlun blades made the Craftsman compact saw a pleasure to use - easy to see and easy to use. I have cut 2X6 24 tooth blades and cut birch and oak without using 36 Oshlun blades To chip teeth These are also some quality blades that will last a long time.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Hard to say

Be careful using socket

I have used the same blade before and it did not cut well without a lot of chipping so I ordered this new blade. When trying to remove the old blade, I noticed that the sleeve was not perfectly seated in the blade (just a tiny bit), which may have caused a slight wobble, which explains the poor cut. When I installed the hub into the new blade, I made sure it was perfect and flat so the blade wouldn't wobble. Cuts very well. I think I'll go back and more carefully fit the hub into the old blade…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Appearance

Check your rotation! Excellent blade.

Great blade! Yes, it's a bit more expensive than some blades, but it's a great finishing blade and well made. Also, if you crumble or burn like some reviewers have said, check your rotation. I use this on an old 18v ryobi. This is left hand drive. The knife rotates clockwise! The tag goes in the saw, not out if you have this or a similar saw. Also remember to use a suitable shaft insert. I use it on poplar and oak slats up to 1x3 and this blade is extremely sharp and smooth.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good value for money. Better than my standard blade.

I bought this for my 5 1/2" Craftsman Cordless Circular Saw (which comes with the drill/screwdriver). It's definitely an improvement over the standard disc. Cross cutting of 1x 6 solid pine planks I've found this blade to cut fairly cleanly and the cuts require little to no honing, however there are few tears I think the next blade I'll try will be a 40 tooth blade This saw blade comes with brushes that fit different saws. It works fine with a brush installed properly, but I wish you could…

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Big and chunky
