People AI is great with keeping track and improving engagement

The ability of this software allows us as an organization to have better insight than ever before about our customers. We can see where we are doing well or not so much in regards to customer service/retention by using it for campaigns & leads. I don't think there's anything i'm missing at this moment but if you're looking for something more robust then maybe look elsewhere because people.AI has what your asking from them right now! You get exactly what you ask for since they know how…

  • Good reporting capabilities that allow easy analysis through Excel integration, etc

Great addition that helped us with internal ranking system

I love how easy it was for me as an SMB owner/operator of our team members' performance levels within my organization! It's so simple yet effective in terms of what you can achieve if your employees are committed & ready - The user interface has been improved since we adopted this tool but still needs some work like allowing more custom fields which should be easier than creating new tabs or pages etc.. We have seen significant improvement when using peopleAI because now everyone knows exactly…
