The ability of this software allows us as an organization to have better insight than ever before about our customers.

We can see where we are doing well or not so much in regards to customer service/retention by using it for campaigns & leads. I don't think there's anything i'm missing at this moment but if you're looking for something more robust then maybe look elsewhere because people.AI has what your asking from them right now! You get exactly what you ask for since they know how important retention rates are! They help me understand why my team isn't hitting certain targets which helps me improve those areas!
