The box is damaged, the tensioning chain and bolts are missing. I had a chain that we could cut and get working and we went to a quality fastener and got a bolt. Once assembled it worked like crazy.

I would like to preface this review by knowing that it would not fit my flat HF ground jack and that it would need modification to work with this setup . I was able to cut the shaft off and in its place, using my Bridgeport bit, drilled the correct size hole to mount the shoulder bolt that holds the HF jack mounts.
