I don't know why anyone can complain about this wonderful feeder? You must know that this is a VERY SPECIFIC FOOD FOR VERY SPECIFIC SEEDS FOR 2 VERY SPECIFIC SPECIES OF BIRD: Goldfinch and Goldfinch. I bought this thistle feeder in January 2015 to attract goldfinches to my garden and discourage large birds from eating thistle seeds. I almost avoided this product based on the many reviews from buyers who must be a combination of incompetent, impatient, or mean (free riders!).
