The broom head doesn't stay screwed no matter how tight I turn it. It's probably because the head is so heavy, but it looks like a quality control issue. I can hardly use it because it keeps spinning inside me. The bristles are also almost too thick, but maybe that's because the head doesn't stick, so I can't use it for its intended purpose. Not worth the hassle of sending it back.

I use it to clean my trekking deck. In cold weather or when I don't have time to walk the dog, I let him out on the patio, removing the epilogue. Works great but a day later I say I need to tighten the handle. I understand that I can rub aggressively. Do not get me wrong. It's very strong and I tighten the knob as hard as I can but it still loosens.

There were a few issues with this. So I decided to return. The handle continued to unscrew from the part of the brush2. The broom is well made but heavy3. You sweep the broom once to clean the surface, then move the broom back for a second sweep. And you will see how some of the dust will come back with the brush and end up where you will sweep again. This broom is suitable for a person up to 1.80 m tall. Both my friend and I used it and it flexed a bit. I definitely felt better at 5ft 6in.
