Exactly what I needed.

I bought this to replace the rotating chilar that makes my heater look like a fireplace (lightweight but works well) and it was just what I needed to upgrade my heater to repair. It's very affordable and easy to replace (if you're sure you can connect the two wires together). Therefore, I recommend this product to anyone who needs a counterfeit fireplace motor replacement.

Bad Fireplace Flame Motor

I immediately realized the motor was defective and replaced it with a motor I bought on Amazon. It worked perfectly! All physical size and power requirements are the same. I installed it and saw the motor turning in the opposite direction so I swapped the wires, fixed the problem and reconnected everything. Excellent purchase!

Used for electric fireplace.

We bought this for our Febo Flame electric fireplace when the flame rod motor stopped working. It works and we're glad our chimney is finally working and running again, but since it's a bi-directional motor we have to turn the chimney on and off TWICE before the flame goes in the right direction, logs to above, not on him. My husband is trying to figure out a way to make the switch go into counter-clockwise mode automatically without having to cycle the power. We are very glad this was an…
