What's worse, the switch won't turn on or off?

I installed this on my robot that runs on a car battery, as soon as I turn it on it won't turn off. And this is the first time I use it. FIRST TIME. I had to open the metal part and pull it off. I would say this thing has a lot of quality control issues.

Cons
  • Minor issues

Durable lid flip mechanism (does not dangle or wobble).

Used under the hood of an SUV, this switch is a reliable 2 pole positive switch. The red cap mechanism is solid, functional and the switch assembly as a whole does NOT look cheap or flimsy. For now, the Switch seems solid and ready for a call.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Doubtful

This switch fits Dope spares

Bought because my company told me I needed a forced air shut off to keep my truck running, although this was not requested by the customer. I bought this switch and sent the company a photo of the installation and told them it was a forced air shut off. The company bought into the lie, so the Switch worked. โ‚ฌ5 is better than โ‚ฌ700.

Excellent quality, very durable๐Ÿ‘Œ

Strong and reliable. In terms of value for money, this switch almost looks like the manufacturer cut themselves off. It's one of those switches that looks like it's $25 or more, but then you realize how cheap it is, how well thought out it is. The switch click is sharp and has a nice click/click sound that gives you a great sense of quality. I installed it for my winch with the indicator light.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Not reliable

Great for my electric mower project and great aviation memories!

This switch is an excellent solution for a full size single pole SPST switch that is far superior (in terms of price, quality and potential safety) to cheap switches. The lid is attractive, especially for aviators like me, and adds an extra layer of security that is essential for my application. The lid can be easily removed when you don't need or need it, and the switch remains useful even when you haven't used the lid. I will be ordering a few more just to have on hand for future projects.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Both broke after 2 weeks of use.

I've never seen anything like it, the shifter actually came loose from the body along with the threads. As you can see in the picture, a closer look reveals that there is no glue connecting the threads to the base of the switch, which allowed the lever to just "fall out". It was used on a tracked vehicle for one of the sensors and was not subjected to unnecessary pressure as it was hidden in the cab next to the armrest. It literally broke when used for its intended purpose and the only forceโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Highly rated by testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Quick guide
