If you don't buy a 6.5 speaker, the 4 6.5 will produce more bass than this one and this speaker will sound almost silent. Only if you have 5.25 or less then go for it, otherwise it's a waste of money, it doesn't produce bass and it blows at 200W RMS, not worth it, make sure you know what you're getting into .

This is what I was looking for - 4 ohms, no connectors, 8" subwoofer to replace my ported 10" bazooka. The bazooka hit hard to enjoy standard 80's hard rock or standard rock This unit works great in my trunk and adds the bass richness I was looking for with limited space. I have the unit across from the back seat in my Camaro it affects the sound - maybe a boring three day weekend. Overall I would recommend this unit to someone who needs quality bass.
