Type of review

Tires purchased 2 months ago, first impressions are positive: good grip on wet roads; when it hits the snow porridge, the car does not throw in different directions, the course keeps perfectly; confident start and braking on ice; I can’t say anything about the lateral demolition yet - I didn’t provoke it; alas, I haven’t tried it in the snow yet - we haven’t had normal snow yet, like a normal winter. As for the noise: show me at least one studded tire, in which the spikes do not rattle on the…

Pros
  • Excellent directional stability, good grip.
Cons
  • noisy

I bought pirelli ice zero 185/60 r15 tires and never regretted it! The car on a snowy road is rooted to the spot. There are many advantages, I will not describe them all. Manageability is top notch! Much has been written about noise. I'll add from myself - and what kind of "spike" does not make noise? On the third day, you no longer pay attention to the noise. By the way, an open window at speed makes more noise! I already had experience using the pirelli brand. There was a set of tires on…

Pros
  • Good grip, handling! Well, the price!
Cons
  • No.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

snow fell today with us, and immediately decided to try The feeling is wild, it holds the road very well, I advise inexperienced and experienced drivers) yes there is noise But for me the main thing is that the properties are good

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

as soon as I put their tires on, I was pleased with not noisiness, I used to go on other studs, there was more noise, plus I don’t know how they are studded, but they don’t fly out, for three seasons I only had 6 pieces on the front wheels, everything is in place from behind . Well, like any spikes, they are very tenacious on ice, a spike is a spike, after braking, grooves from the spikes remain on the ice, it can be seen that they literally bite into the ice. The total mileage on them is about

Pros
  • the spikes are not noisy, I drive on asphalt, they don’t fly out, the studding is strong, tenacious on ice.
Cons
  • I can't say I like everything.

Satisfied with the product, I recommend it to everyone.

I took tires in October 195/65/15, the new ones were very noisy, but after 1000 km the noise subsided. I expected a little more from this rubber. everything is fine in the city, only slippage at the start became more than on hakkapelite 4 (previous tires). It’s not bad on the track, but compared to the previous rubber, driving more than 140 km / h is uncomfortable, the car floats on the road, this is most likely due to its softness. In general, a good tire for a quiet measured ride. I will take

Pros
  • price, handling in the city
Cons
  • more than 130-140 it is uncomfortable to drive, the car floats on the road

Terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

I recently put on new Pirelli tires and was horrified, I didn’t even hear such a howl from amtel. This is not my first kit (there were both pirelli winter carving and nokian hakka 5,7,8). Perhaps this is from high-set spikes, but most likely the tread howls I was seduced by an attractive price (I managed to get it at a discount) and now I am very sorry, because it is absolutely not comfortable to drive. I'm going to change next year! It is recommended only for those whose roads are not…

Pros
  • 1. Not bad behavior on the road. 2. Rows well in the snow
Cons
  • 1. The main disadvantage, which surpasses all advantages, is noise. It feels like a dreamliner takes off while driving next to you, and the unbearable rumble starts already from 40 km/h! 2. Braking on snow is rather weak 3. Weak sidewall

A bad product, not worth the money.

The tires are very noisy, the delivery was on time and they threw it as a bonus. BUT they kicked me out of the box without letting me see its geometry on the machine during installation, the tire specialist said that everything was ok, but the wheels were like square ones, if only they would pick them up and leave quickly . in general, the service is not satisfactory !

Pros
  • Delivered on time, changed shoes as a bonus
Cons
  • Very noisy tires. Not possible to check.

I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

Size 185/65/15. I bought it a month ago, I was in no hurry to write a review, I was waiting for snow. On dry pavement for four, on wet, it slows down and accelerates better, on snow and people - excellent. BUT if your car is not a premium segment or does not have additional sound insulation - think before buying, because the rubber is VERY NOISY. Departed for the winter. the spikes are all in place, the noise has not gone anywhere in general, given the price, it’s quite an option.

Pros
  • Braking on ice, snow.
Cons
  • Noise

Performs its functions, nothing unusual.

I bought this rubber for a new car. The rubber is very ambiguous, I would say not entirely predictable. During the winter, I noted good grip on rolled snow at low temperatures. He doesn’t like snow porridge. this rubber can be dangerous on a rut. It throws even at low speed. Those people who do not find flaws, maybe they didn’t drive on a rut? You can put up with the noise, in the end it does not affect safety. Now I think what to do. In winter, on a flat road where there is no track, the grip…

Pros
  • Good grip on packed snow, on ice, on asphalt.
Cons
  • Dislikes rutting, snow porridge. Noisy.

A nice option for the money, one of the best deals.

Rubber goes the second winter on a working Toyota Camry, after a Nokian Hakki 5 that has worked out. I drove 40 thousand in active, but reasonable driving mode: there are no defects, all the spikes are in place, exactly. It rows perfectly well in a snowdrift, on wet snow slush, dry asphalt as well without any complaints. On vitreous ice it tries, copes, but it copes, as it feels, with good spikes, and in terms of the composition of the tire rubber in the "ice" nomination, there are better…

Pros
  • Price quality
Cons
  • Inappropriate, short-lived and uncomfortable only on clean asphalt

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

Different pros: Excellent road holding, both on snow and on ice. The reactions of the car are predictable. It rows well in the snow despite the fact that the car is front-wheel drive. Cons: With intensive starting off, the car slips in first and second gears . Front-wheel drive 2.5 turbo .

Great tires for the price. Dimension 195/60/15. During the season, not a single spike fell out and did not grind off, although I did not spare the rubber. Wear on the front wheels is very minimal, rear - almost like after purchase. After conti ice contact seemed harder, the conti was much softer. From here, the grip on asphalt is slightly worse, but on the other hand, minimal wear and spikes do not fly out (the spikes on the tires fell out by 50% after the 2nd season, after the 3rd there were 6

Pros
  • The price / quality ratio is on top, rowing really well on snow / ice / slush (by 5/5), on asphalt by 4/5 (more in the comments), not noisy AFTER RUN-IN.
Cons
  • Noise DURING THE BREAK-IN, not a lot of hard (I find fault).

Bought this tire 3 years ago. Over the past three seasons, less than 5% of the spikes have fallen, which allows us to conclude that it is of good quality. There were never any problems with snow, or with asphalt with frost, or with ice. At the same time, I live in the suburbs, where there is not enough asphalt in winter. All in all, I highly recommend these tires. There is noise from it, but no more than on the same Hakka 7 that I had before this rubber. And by the way, when compared with the…

Pros
  • stability, excellent snow and ice grip
Cons
  • No

A good product, but having its own defects.

In November we went to Shergesh in winter. Weather conditions: a small minus and some snow "slurry" on the road. So, in this slurry, the car had to be taxied, at first I even thought that I had problems with the steering. But a friend was driving on the same tires - he had the same problem. We drove back - everything was OK.

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.

Noise is not their main problem. Wear resistance is excellent! They look almost new. Different pros: Rushing through the snow as if on caterpillars. Just press the gas and wait for you to be taken out. Not a single spike has been lost in three winters, which is very strange. Braking on ice is very confident. Has some cons: There is no control over them. This tire is for quiet drivers. Who are not in a big hurry. I usually drive 130-150 and it's uncomfortable at this speed. Always keep the car…

by the way, add an Audi a6 c7 3.0 tdi car with the current weather, I came to the conclusion for myself that it is better to turn off the directional stability in such weather up to 40 km / h - it only interferes with directional stability disabled (I repeat, only in the current climatic realities and ONLY up to MAXIMUM 40 km / h all-wheel drive and the above-mentioned tires are very, VERY predictable)

Pros
  • 1. cross-country ability (4+ points) (now winter in Hong Kong showed what it should be like in 2022) - never, under any circumstances, there was a hint of "oh! sat down! OH! does not go" 2. durability (so far 5 points) - for 5 months of operation (mid-October 17 to February 18, all the spikes are in place, a couple of weeks ago I hard lapped both disks to the snow-covered curb - I thought that PPC and rubber - nothing like that - only disks) 3. motion vector (4+ points) - never even on a snowy road near Hong Kong, I have never seen a grader in my eyes and I can only see a tractor from afar, worn out by a shabby track (about 5-10 cm) of cars frantically trying to escape from it - on on such a road, the car went confidently 60 km / h and got out of the track at the first request of the steering wheel 4. price (rubber is definitely premium (as we like to say or marketers like to inspire us)) I have the dimension of Pirelli Ice Zero 245/45/18 - for a balloon in October 17 I gave 9300 - though made in 2022 and 2022 5. aqua-gliding (5 points) - tested at speeds over 80 km/h 6. acceleration - braking on asphalt (5 points), - if you do not press on the floor, there is no slippage
Cons
  • many people write about noise - this is laughter - taking into account the changeable weather of our winter and the pre / post season For me personally, the choice is obvious - it's better to be a little uncomfortable than a little broken. 1. snow braking 4+ from 40 km/h 2. braking on snow with ice soles 4- from 40 km/h

In general, you can take it, but I don’t want to compromise with noise. Especially in 2022, when choosing a Sportage, the price is already higher than that of classmates, approaching the premium segment. Some pros: Tenacious during acceleration and braking, rowing well in the snow. I drove 3 seasons, after the 1st season - I lost only one spike, after the 2nd - 7 pieces, after the 3rd already more, 15% of the total, apparently old age affects. Has cons: Very noisy, in the 3rd year it became…
