I like this little gadget, I try to use it in the morning and then again at the end of my day, thumbs up! The massager may not be suitable for users with certain medical conditions.

I am doing a lot of driving every day. Sometimes I get neck pain and sore muscles. This little neck massage solve my problems very well. Easy to use and includes heat feature and 15 degrees of massage level. Quality is nice too! I now use it twice a day.

Just after a few times of using this, it no longer massages now it stings my neck. Can’t believe it’s defective so soon. Very disappointed. Wish I could have my money back.

I am using this for pain from cervical spine deterioration and two surgeries. At first I thought there would be some vibration features as well as heat and tens functions, but there is not. The unit is comfortable to wear, and the remote works well to vary the heat and intensity. I have found the lower settings to be more than adequate, higher intensity is (literally) intense. The item was delivered as expected. I love that the massager is gentle and it feels really good on my neck. The device may not effectively target specific trigger points for some users.

I believe that the manufacturer claims that you would get 8 cycles after charging, I only get 4. That's not a big deal to me. Relieves some neck pain and feels good. Shuts off automatically after 15 minutes and you can do other things while it's working.

the first on I received did not heat but the pulse was wonderful (wish I never sent back) the replacement one, that was sent back the pulse took a few minutes to start then would pause before continuing. with I kept the first one the pulse was wonderful and helped a lot.

Working a desk job can be extremely hard on your neck and shoulders - this little number has become my secret weapon. It’s portable, easy to use, and the heat is a really nice touch. I just pop it on and let it do it’s thing while I do mine. Would highly recommend!
