I want to send a replacement so I can actually use it.

After only 4 hours of use, the plastic ring connecting the earmuff broke rendering it unusable. I want to send a replacement so I can actually use this product.

Merrill Lynch employees

My company bought this phone for everyone. In my experience it works great. Clear sound for incoming and outgoing and pleasant (at least for me). Our office has switched our phones to wireless. We are currently using PLANTRONICS CS50. Plantronics also has good customer service. Replace any problem with your item within the year of purchase. Great investment for everyone.

But does the job. for headset

I have one at work. It does its job well, but sometimes people can't hear what I'm saying even though I turn the volume all the way up. Another downside is that it doesn't let you switch headsets - you can only use the included mono headset, which isn't great for noisy environments. Also, I've been using it for over 6 months. now, and it works well enough to keep.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Versatile but could be better

This versatile speakerphone. It has many settings that can be adjusted for sound quality, including a selector switch to match the phone's impedance. What you can't see in the picture is a small wire hook that you can use to hang the headset over your desk when not in use. You have the option of using a headband or an ear clip. The problem with the headphone clip is that you have to remove the headphone pad to attach it. I chose a headband as it is more comfortable.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home

Works great for me

First I wanted to answer the concerns about the horrible squeaking when used in a multi phone office environment. I can't talk to multiple S10s in the same office, but when I tried a different extension for the first time, there was a squeak. However, the amplifier has 7 configuration settings. I've found several settings to work for outgoing calls, but only two work for both office and outgoing calls. So if a second headset is purchased from my office I will respond if we can find a…
