Work from home lifesaver

Now that I work from home I have to be on the phone 10 hours a day. It gives me the ability to move so I'm not chained to a chair. Amazing sound and range. The battery could last longer, but charges quickly.

Does not come with lift or cable as pictured

Spend money on a head kit to find out I have to spend extra money to actually make the headset work. The images show the lift and the cable included, the product does not come with the elements necessary for its operation.

Convenient but very poor selection.

I bought this unit to replace a Plantronics Savi W740 in my office. Savi 8200 is quite comfortable. However, this device has one major disadvantage: This device has about half the range of the old Savi W740. I had hoped that this contraption would have a longer range. :(

Its worth it. buy you.

I have served these call centers for many years and this is by far the best wireless headset I have ever used. The audio is so clean and clear and I'm told the same is true on the other side of the call. Noise cancellation helps to hear in a noisy room, customers can't hear anything. I charge during breaks and lunch breaks, I've never died.

The worst headset. in phone accessories

The worst headset. Ever since I switched from my old Plantronics to this Plantronics Savi 8200 Series 207322 Wireless Headset System. When I call, all I hear is a constant ringing. customers drop out. It's totally random. There is a hum in the headset that makes me restart the headset every time. I love the old one, but after 10 years I wanted more and better. It was well reviewed which is why I bought it. It was terrible. total divorce. We tried customer service and so far they have not…

Please research carefully before buying this model! We purchased Plantronics Voyager Focus headsets for use with our Polycom VVK600 phone system; it was wonderful. However, some employees wanted a headset with just one earpiece because they needed to be able to hear what was going on in the office, so we bought a Savi 8200. Problems!1. Difficulty pairing and connecting to Polycom2 phones. Randomly disconnects from phones and requires re-pairing and reconnecting (see #1)3. Poor connection…
