Great tool for keeping track and sharing medical history

I like that people can draw all over it, write info or use icons to indicate information about their child's health status in order of preference (or not). It is good if you have an internet connection at home but also has app so no problem while travelling with children who are sick during transport etc., especially important when there might be problems communicating between parents/caregivers due time differences from different countries! The software interface sometimes isn't very user…

Pros
  • ability upload files straight onto server without need additional devices e g mobile phones, availability offline mode too where data doesnΒ΄ t require network access , just local storage space available

Easy and intuitive way for patients / caregivers

I like that it is easy to use, has many features including multiple languages (including Spanish), can be used in conjunction with other software such as Medidata Rave or OpenClinica etc., very user friendly app which makes data entry quick & efficient! It's not perfect but we are still learning how best utilize all of its capabilities - so far no major issues have been discovered/reported by our users thusfar- however there may well come times when you need something more advanced than what…

Pros
  • The ease of use of the product and the ease of data entry.
  • The price point could probably do better if they were able offer some sortof addtional support services beyond just selling us an electronic device without any additional training from their end?
Cons
  • The price of the product could be better if there were more addtional support services beyond just selling electronic device without any additional training from their end
