They work great as intended. They're just a little uncomfortable, they fit and the workmanship isn't that good. For me, for the service I have rendered them, I am perfectly satisfied with them and would like to have more than better. Woodpeckers Tools (woodpeck dot com) seems to be the originator of this type of square clamp and their version's webpage says "Patent Pending" in bold on the webpage. Revain has dozens of identical corner clips like this one and they are all exact copies of the Woodpeckers original. This one is slightly different in that the manufacturers have coated it with yellow anodizing instead of copying the red used by Woodpeckers. The unique golden yellow color of these right angle clamps immediately catches my eye. The typical color seems to be red or blue to copy two other very popular brands. Like clamps, you never have enough on hand for complex assembly work. At the same time, the prices for brands are outrageously high.
