Good product for small thin items.

Does what it's supposed to, like cutting tapered corners on my table saw. I complain that the tool is only 1 1/4" high, which really limits the material you can cut. I added another piece of square tubing to the tool to give it a height of 2 1/2" admit. This is now a very good tool for narrowing table legs etc. to tool height.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

DISAPPOINTMENT! - Table Saw Accessory

My table saw is a 10 inch working unit with a folding stand and its own set of wheels. As this is not a full size table saw, a tapered length of cut is available. on this saw is too short to be of any real value with this tool. In my opinion, this should be noted in the description of the tool. Apparently if you want a tapered, beveled, long cut, you need to make a special jig for that cut.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Light weight for power tools and hand tools

Easy assembly. I haven't used it yet, but I don't see any reason why there should be any problems. It's a lightweight and quality construction. I wouldn't use it where I needed a lot of effort, but for moderate work it should be fine. As soon as I received Powertech's shipping notification, I found my old 1975 Heavy Duty light. I need two jigs so I really wanted to find something with Powertech so I sent it back cold. Couldn't find anything wrong so I have to keep it and now I have two…

Not well done. Bad design.

This lamp is poorly made. Connections of very thin aluminum parts rotate on locking pins. One of them actually fell out when I installed the handle. Even when set at a very low angle, the device lacks rigidity or rigidity. It is for use with a table saw! The mere thought of him being able to move by pushing the shaft into the spinning blade makes me shudder. I haven't even tried it on my Unisaw yet. I have over 50 years of woodworking experience and I still have my hands full and want to keep…

Decent Price Clamp

This clamp is perfect for most of my projects where I need to cut cones. As some other reviewers have pointed out, this mount is better suited for shorter pieces of wood, at least 3 inches wide. One of the square head screws that attached the bracket to the fixture had snapped off. Instead of returning the item, I bought a new screw at a local hardware store. I also replaced the 1/4" wing nuts that attach the latch mount to the bracket with 1/4" clamp knobs. I find clamp knobs are better than…

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Bulky

TLDR: This device is suitable where its limitations are known. It's probably worth buying a better device. The initial installation of the device is easy. A few screws and bolts and you can start bevel cutting. Its maximum angle is about 15 degrees, which can be determined using the scale attached to the device. The scale is difficult to assemble and adjustable for some reason. An adjustable scale may be useful, but the device must be opened to hold the bolts to attach the gauge plate. Of…
