Works as it should, installation is difficult and takes a little time to figure out which has more to do with the vehicle design than anything else. But it worked like a charm and fit perfectly.

Replacement was easy as it matched the original. About 30 minutes passed and the window worked again. Now you need to replace the switch. It's amazing that a simple control switch costs the same and a little more than this motor and assembly.

I used this to replace a worn out motor in my '99 Grand Voyager. It takes hours and the design is unsuitable for repair. Short answer: It performs worse than what it replaced. Winter is coming and I will not open my car door window until I have replaced this new unit with something else because I am unsure if this new part will be able to close it again.
