I liked the design of this case, and I wanted to like it more. But after placing my stethoscope in it to see how it would fit and leaving it in for a few days already started to kink my stethoscope. I used a Littmann classic 3, so if you have a smaller stethoscope than that it may be fine, but anything bigger I would suggest a bigger case.
