    Most Useful A great alternative to large dispensers. SAVE YOUR MONEY

    This 5 gallon water dispenser is portable, convenient, economical and very convenient. Therefore, it is very small so you can take it with you anywhere. I no longer need a large dispenser that consumes a lot of electricity. I'm very glad about that. I would recommend this to everyone. Great price GREAT PRODUCT!

    Phoenix broke quickly.

    Stopped working before I charged it 4 times. Now I need to dispose of the lithium battery safely. The inlet often stuck to the side of the bottle or the hose was kinked and no water flowed. It was very wobbly on all my different bottles. I will replace it with a hand pump which is less prone to breakage, runs almost silently and if it breaks will not pose a problem disposing of it properly.

    Louder than expected

    Bought this dispenser for my bedroom so I wouldn't have to refill a bottle every night and could have a 5 gallon bottle by my bed. Unfortunately the pump is quite noisy and will surely wake my wife up. What I also didn't like is that there is no cap to hold it firmly on the bottle neck - the dispenser just sits on top of the bottle and can fall off. switched off with a slight movement. It pumps water pretty well and I like that it's rechargeable. The price is amazing too!

    Does the job - easy to assemble, looks good overall (knob on top looks a bit cheap but looks solid and doesn't break). Easily fits a 5 gallon water cooler bottle, remember it doesn't have a mechanism to secure itself there, but it also doesn't feel unstable like it's about to fall off. The pump motor is louder than I thought - not bad but I can tell you people can hear it running when trying to get a glass of water in the middle of the night. The battery life is excellent.     Short life is good for dispensers and water coolers

    Worked great from day one, battery lasted 5 gallon jugs which I change out once a month. Easily charges within 24 hours and installs on a 5 gallon pitcher. Press the button once to start pumping, press the button a second time to stop. The pump is really designed to fill one glass at a time. Filling my coffee brew pot took a lot faster than filling a 12 cup coffee pot by removing the pump and simply pouring water straight from the pitcher.     Really cool concept! I've saved a fortune buying bottled water, not to mention no longer having to lift that heavy jug of water. Bought for a house after moving to a tiny apartment.     I've wanted to deliver water again for a long time, but I didn't want one of those ugly giant water dispensers clogging up my kitchen. For me this was a great solution to the problem.     Bought 4/2020 after 2 charges, just stopped working on 12/2020 and won't charge anymore.
